Return & Refund

14 DAYS RETURNS:

We gladly accept returns within a 14 -day period from the purchase date under the following conditions. 

  • Item(s) must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
  • Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Return costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items will be the responsibility of Unique Tunic.
  • We recommend sending your return via a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until our confirmation that your return has been processed.
  • Unique Tunic will not be responsible for returns not delivered to us.
  • "SALE" items are not refundable.

 RETURNS PROCESS:

  • Pack your item/s and add the original invoice.
  • Send your return to the Unique Tunic address in the Contact us page.
  • We recommend sending your return via a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage until our confirmation that your return has been processed.

 EXCHANGES:

  • Kindly note that we do not currently offer exchanges. We hear you and are working to have exchanges available in the near future! In the meantime, simply send your return back for a refund and re-order as you wish.
  • Feel free to contact us for further support. 

 ONCE WE RECEIVE YOUR RETURN:

  • Please follow your tracking number to monitor your return delivery to Unique Tunic.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days of your return being received and are made in the form of the original payment or store credit (if requested by the customer).
  • If you opt for store credit, this credit will be made immediately available to you. Please note, store credit cannot be refunded at a later date. 
  • If you paid via credit card, funds may take 5-7 business days to be processed.
  • You will receive a confirmation email update from Unique Tunic as soon as your refund has been initiated.

 TERMS & CONDITIONS:

If the items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of India are subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("import fees"). The recipient of the shipment is responsible for all import fees.

  • Import fees (including returns) for international shipments, if applicable, are charged to the customer. It is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of what import charges may be applicable in their country.
  • To obtain details regarding the actual import fees, or to obtain documentation/receipts necessary for customs clearance, you are requested to contact the carrier specified in your shipment confirmation e-mail.
  • If a Unique Tunic shipment is declined, the customer is responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
  • Unique Tunic is not responsible for returns that are not delivered to us.
  • Pursuant to those terms, title and risk of loss for the items transfer to the recipient upon delivery to the common carrier in India.
